as with most of the US...
we are in a heat advisory/warning until 7pm Saturday...
the grass is turning brown in spots...
and leaves are falling...
the walnut tree has many yellow leaves...
but there was one cloud in the sky last night...
and it looked like it had brush strokes in it...
I thought it was awesome...
we missed out on all the rain...
the ac units around here are having trouble keeping the moisture out...
I can't get ours below 40% humidity in here, but ours is doing better than most...
it's staying right around 79...
DH said the office at work, and it's a very small building...
was leveling out at 87 on the highest setting...
and the moisture was awful...
so many are finding their ac just wasn't made for this kind of humidity...
we could use a dehumidifier, but then what would we do with it the rest of the year?
just a few more days...
a few more days...
but then we have August...
I don't even want to think about that...
not yet...
July is bookin' right along the way it is...
where does time go?

It is HOT here in Michigan also..
But summer is short enough here... I am not going to complain... : )
Just Thankful that we have AC... I lived for yrs. without it.. : )
We are in the heat advisory too! Our house is about eighty, which is ok with me. However, Mr. Romantic's kitchen at work is getting about one twenty five when the pasta is cooking, yikes!
