I have been waiting for a day like this forever...

the windows are open and the central air is off...

good thing these things are light weight...

of course, getting "new" things means make over time...

and we are able to finally bring the plants back to the deck...

it's 76!

nice to have some color back out here and to just be able to sit outside at noon...

love the geometrics of the table top...

and this is going to be a great place in the evenings and on weekends for me and DH to spend our down time...

some of the plants got tossed this morning...

they just didn't make it...

Jean Pierre is happy that the flowers are back...

and my girls love the new chairs...

they inspect everything that comes in...

chippy paint and flower pots are the best accessories...

and a touch of rust...

my all time favorite color...
