autumn bling...

on the way to bed...
I decided to grab my camera...
not much on tv...
and Craig had the computer...
so you know what happens when  you are bored and start looking around...
that's when bling happens...
and tweaking...
had to fit in my new buckeyes...
a very sweet lady here in town gave them to me...
left them at the post office with my name on the zip lock bag...
just had to stop and pick them up...
it's a small town thing...
most you know I was born and raised in Ohio...
and even though I have lived here in Illinois longer than I did in Ohio...
I still miss home sometimes...
and buckeyes always filled my falls...
I was a born gatherer...
and I would gather them up and bring them home...
I loved peeling them out of the shell...
I was in awe of their beauty...
I hadn't thought about them in years until I saw them on this lady's facebook album...
and I swooned...
little things that make you feel warm all over thrill me...
and this is one of mine...
I know I have to plant some buckeyes of my own...

Love the buckeyes, hubby carried one in his pocket for a long time, don't know what happened to it.

Love the fall pictures, those pumpkins are neat. I need to do some fall decorating, but right now, I need to move a bunch of furniture, since hubby pulled it out to move.
