Good morning!

well, I thought it was funny...

especially considering how I look this morning...
sloppy leggings...
sloppy tank top...
sloppy, over sized sweater...

I have felt so bad the last 3 weeks and just couldn't get my feet under me at all...
sleeping at odd hours...
no energy...
cold, ears, chest...

but last night someone flipped a switch...
and as fast as it came...
POOF!
it was gone...

so there is so much to get caught up on here...
I had started my fall house cleaning and purging....
just had everything torn up real good...
and here it's sat all this time...

so, if you don't hear from me for a bit...
just know I am trying to dig myself out of a hole...
and get the Halloween stuff put up outside...
I am ashamed that it's not done yet...

what will the neighbors think?
they might start to think I'm normal...
can't let that happen...

also, a note on Charlie, the most lovable yorkie mix ever...
yesterday afternoon, the animal shelter came to pick him up...
no one had claimed him...
so I called them and they are just great to work with...
and they sent a guy right away...
they can scan him for a micro chip there...
he needs flea drops...
they will have him checked by a vet and groomed...
if no one claims him soon...
he will be going up for adoption...
in the meantime...
he needs leash training...
potty training...
and he has been having nightmares...
growling and whimpering in his sleep...
and then he pees himself...
I have no idea what has this little guy scared so bad...
they more we saw, the more I think he was dumped out...
and hard telling how long he's been on his own...
but the shelter will work on these things and because Charlie is such a smart dog...
within 2 weeks he will be ready to find a forever home...
and...
he is highly adoptable...
he will not be there long...

I am going to call today and check in on him...
and see if they found a chip...
and just to see how he is doing...
;)

Hang in there Charlie, you'll have that forever home soon.

I'm so glad you are feeling better, Tete. And just so you know, feeling better doesn't change the dress code here, I wear that same ole tee shirt, and same ole jeans on good days and bad days.
My tee shirt says,'People like you are the reason people like me need Medication'.
Hugs,
Jettie

OMG- I think BOTH you and Jettie might be too sexy for your own good!

Tete- So glad you are feeling better. I pray for your health every single day...and for Jettie, too, cuz I know she is bothered with her knees. However, Tete, you neglected to tell us what colors you are wearing. Orange leggings? Hot pink sweater? Green underpants? I'll stop there.

We are off for the day here soon- xo Diana
