I have been eating supper in 2 stages...
one in my normal eating time...
and then whenever DH gets home from the elevator...
he had yesterday off, but was so tired we didn't do much...
we did get a small drive in as the sun was going down around town...
just to see the trees turning and fall decor...

Glad you were able to take a drive and enjoy the scenery. We plan on doing that in a week or so, too.
Hope he is rested for the week ahead.
Don't you just love driving around seeing Gods beautiful artwork this time of the year. We did that on Friday down into VA.
