I was hoping this would open up today...
it was blushing yesterday afternoon...
all they all needed was a little rain to go with those warmer temps we had...
but, like every cloud has a silver lining...
there is also a dark underside...
we have a frost warning out tonight...
these are in a pot...
everything is growing, including the weeds...
and those silly pods are happening here...
the weeds are even pretty this morning...
this is going to be blooming by Easter Sunday...
and would you look at this!
my first iris of the season!
and there's more to come...
just stay tuned...
so-
are you ready for the big dinner day?
I have learned one thing in all these years on this planet...
its going to come and go whether I'm ready or not...
just going to hang on and let it happen...
I have 3 guys here who can step up and finish things off if I need help...
and 1 that thinks he can do the whole thing all alone...
his future wife is going to either be so happy with him...
or kill him...
I know you gals in the north are still waiting for things to pop up in your gardens...
they will, and then we can all have 2 springs this year...
;)
have a fun day...
remember, the bunny's watching...

Hi Tete, So great to see clematis and iris in your yard already! Very beautiful indeed. Happy Easter!
Beth
Well, I wish your son the best of luck in finding someone that will appreciate that he can do everything. My own PERSON is NOT so handy. He burns everything he has ever cooked...it's the family joke.
My daffodils are up but we are supposed to get down in the 20's tonight. It is up in the 50's today but there is a brisk breeze so if feels cooler.
Have a wonderful Thursday, Tete...love to you- Diana
What beautiful Iris, I have some that need transplanting, wanna send me some help?
Our temp yesterday was in the low 70s, comfy and I got lots of work done.
