its over, I'm home...

I want to thank My sister in the Lord, NanaDiana, for her post yesterday....
if you missed it you can find it here...

I want to thank all of you for your faith, love and prayers...
the surgery was a success...
they found lots and lots of stones in the gall bladder...
REMOVED...
the hernia was more severe than thought...
extensive repair...
BUT REPAIRED...
PRAYERS ANSWERED...
the pain has been extreme...
and the worst pain is my right shoulder...
now, I have had several surgeries in the past...
but never had this happen...
the anesthesia leaves the body through the joints...
and it picked my shoulder...
sore in the tummy area...
have four holes...
and get this...
they closed with super glue...
you know its one of my phobias...
and the first thing I did when I saw the shiny super glue...
you know it...
I was looking for glitter...
but alas...
there was none...
fwuuuu...

I am not getting around well, yet...
and I will answer all your comments and blog hop when I feel a little better...
love you girls so much!
and remember...
GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME!
even when you can't wipe your own butt!
;)

Love you girly, and I know you will feel better real soon. Need me to fly out and bring a roll of toilet tissue?

Keeping you in prayer.

Take care and be spoiled.

You deserve it. Slow healing is better then faster healing.

Try to keep your clothes on so you don't scare the mailman, m'kay? Glad you are home and it is over. Yes, there is pain but in the big picture it will be fleeting and you won't be having anymore of those awful attacks. Love ya-Diana

Hi Tete, I'm glad you are back home. I've been following NanaDiana. Isn't it so relieving that it's all over! (I had a hernia surgery a few months ago (a big one). That was tough enough! I never want to go in for surgery again...never. Your ordeal was much more! I am so happy yours went well and I'm thinking of you often, even though I don't leave comments very often I still visit your blog.
Hugs,
Faye

At least this type of pain will go away soon and not come back. I say you go ahead and get out your glitter and some markers and go to town on that incision. You could make it into a big butterfly or flower. Rest up and catch up on some of your sleep!

Sisters in Christ like Diana are truly a blessing, aren't they? ♥ I will be praying for a quick recovery for you and that you feel the healing hand of Christ on your body. Love ya, girlie!
