this was the sky Saturday evening...
storm clouds making all around us...
swirling and forming...
rolling thunder and lightening...
and everyone around us picked up just under or just over an inch of rain...
except us...

but the clouds were beautiful just the same...
DH and I did lunch in Paris yesterday...
of course we took sick boy with us...
Doug and Paula wanted to go hike the trails at the state park...
so we did our separate things...
we went to the Dollar General first...
then to Goodwill before hitting Burger King...
I found this long, black sweater...
and this sweater...
hoodie #1...
hoodie #2...
all $3.49 each...
2 pillow shams...
.79 each...
a flannel top sheet with pin roses for $1.99...
a quilted bedspread for $5.49...
another pet food bowl...
a key to hang on the wall...
and a purse...
I think it was $1.49...
3 days down out of our 4 day weekend...
its gone by really fast...
we had a fire last night, and we had to sit way back from it...
but it was nice...
Craig is doing a little better...
he has to work later today...
hope your weekend is going well...
ours has been fun...
with nothing really planned...

Tete, You got yourself some very good buys. Glad to hear your son is better. I went to my daughter's today. Got some warm hugs and a cup of coffee...so good. Ted has gone fishing with his son. He so excited about that...it's just for the afternoon.
