after a morning out and about, here's the haul...

after seeing my old primary and a huge hug from him...
we went onto Walmart and then the Dollar General...
and I found these...
the smallest one was $1 and the largest was $4...
the middle ones, $2 and $3...
so, that's $10 for the whole set!
and fun way to organize!

and then I found these...
love them all...
we ate lunch at Burger King and then headed home...

stopped at Ninny's before we hit town and found a few tables full of 60% off stuff...
got the rooster and berry sprig...

and mini wreath...

and a tiny, cute pillow...
$13 for all of that...

came back to town and found 2 rummage sales...
$1...
silver lid for something...

and a crystal angel candle holder...
75 cents...

a tiny little silver angel blowing kisses...
25 cents...

and that's all there is to that...

I did find this at Walmart...
if you haven't tried these tea mixes, they are the best...
I tried a new flavor today and its just wonderful!

Doc and I had a great time this morning and I brought him up to speed...
doing a 24 hour pee test for the blood sugar...
going to do that on Monday, and Tuesday, Craig and I can take it back and eat out again...
;0)
told him about the lumpy boob thing and he was glad we were doing all the preventive measures there...
I just told him that I had been through too much and come too far to let a boob kill me now...
and he laughed!
just waiting to get into the dietitian to see what we can come up with there...
so, that was most of the day...
the rest included a nap, walk, supper, and a garbage bag of iris from a friend...
then we ate cantaloupe and I had a peach...
staying close to the bathroom tomorrow just in case...
both guys are working tomorrow, so will have a chance to rest up a bit and take it easy...
hope y'all have wonderful weekends, no matter what you end up doing...
we have a few things planned for Sunday, but you will have to stop back by to find out what!
;0)
prayers for you all...

Oh I just love those boxes, what a neet way to hide all the goodies.

I always pick up silver at a yard sale, I've got several pieces, that have been almost free, you might say.

Tete, I just got home from DQ and the dollar store. I didn't get any goodies myself.Emma got to feeling better and we ate lunch at DQ...we had the 5 dollar lunch, put an extra dollar each toward mini blizzards...we got the s"mores and I tell you it was delicious. We laughed so much..and you know laughter is good medicine. When we went to the dollar store, Got Emma a purse cover for her phone, some treats and juice. It was a good time out for both of us, especially after she got up with the punys ..you know little kid tummy problems. Breaks my heart when kids get sick. But thank God she is better. Blessings for a nice weekend, xoxo,Susie

Your blog has so much heart! You have such a wonderful, kind heart. Good to be here and say hello. I was going to stop by the other day and got sidetracked with one of our pets. The second cat who think she is the owner of me! LOL! You write just as imagine you would sit and visit. Love to you and yours. Always nice to see you here. Hugs, Anne
