out with the old, in with the new...

winter...
and Jergens go hand in hand...
having a terrible time with my hands being so dry and sore this winter...

the sun was out all day today...

melting thing...

going to the vet on Monday!

melting with no place to go...
so if refreezes at night...

hoping it warms up just enough to unthaw the ground so this can go down...

because me and ice are not friends...

new old pot...
it is very tiny...

cleaning house...
literally...
and here in the blog...
removed 18 blogs from my bloglist...
who no longer post or visit...
added some new ones...

said a prayer for each one as I let their blog go...
some hadn't post in 3 years...
so how long have I been doing this?
not sure...
longer than 3 years, I guess...
have good weekends!

Tete, I love that you are getting sunshine too. This past week has been just gorgeous with sunshine almost all everyday. Today is to be partly sunny and up toward 50 degrees!!! But my fear when it's this warm...like you said the ground needs to thaw some, where will all the water go? My hand have been dry too...washing to keep germs away. Take care and enjoy your sunshine, xoxo,Susie

Tete, You've been posting to this blog since 2/15/2009 - you are close to your 6 yr blogoversary! I am not posting as often since I primarily blog about my garden. I like Curel intensive healing cream for my hands. I have been having very sore lips the past few weeks - I cover my mouth when I go out in the cold and use A & D ointment. By the way, A & D or vaseline and gloves overnight could help you too. The little kitty is super cute! I enjoyed seeing your melting pics - you have a way of making ordinary things look pretty.
by the way, would you please pray for Julie Jorgensen? She has right lung white out, complications of pneumonia, and is on a ventilator. To read more about her:

Thanks, Tete. Have a nice wknd!

I do not like ice, either. Hope you don't have problems with it in the morning. Hubby has been using vaseline on his hands. We had sun today and 60 degrees! Love that little kitty! xo Nellie
