country roads...

we have had some heavy rains through the night...

so, it's going to be really soggy out there this weekend...

don't you just love hollers?

so that means zero to very little yard work happening...

maybe an excellent time to finish painting the island and starting on the walls and cabinet that are going off white...

or just cleaning house and getting caught up from a month of not feeling good...

this month is going by so fast...
what's up with that?
I need another week to get things done...
or month...
or more...
anyone else out there draggin' butt?

but...
I see 60s in our future...
and sunshine...
so be gone, 40s and cloudy...

dreamin' of deck sittin' this morning...
have a fun day!

snow is followed by mud. it's the only way, to spring.

Good Morning Tessa, I decided I was going to do some reading blogs this morning while I drink my coffee. It was 29 degrees this morning. Your pictures remind me of growing up in the country on a farm. I have enjoyed reading your blog this morning. Have a good day. Hugs and Prayers from Your Missouri Friend Shirley@shirleystitches

Tete- You take such good pictures. These are all so bleak and pre-spring. It will be fun to see it all spring to life soon. I do see a bit of green in one of those pics.

Enjoy your day- I am not getting a thing done today-already know that....lol xo Diana

I'm dragging too. I dread doing the spring clean up outside. I ready to hire a crew to clean up! Nice pictures BTW!

Tete, When the ground is soggy, we can't get much done at all. We had rain last night and it's been chilly and damp all day. I did get my Teddy Bear out to lunch and go shopping with my 3o% off coupon. Blesings for a great Friday, xoxo,Susie

Hi Tete, your photos are beautiful and hopefully the rains mean gorgeous green to follow.
We started to clean up outside and got most finished only because we are had some warm days in the 80's. Looking forward to sitting outside and just enjoying the season.
We worked so hard already and now we are dragging and tired. But a good kind of tired. Great for sittin!!
Have a nice weekend.
Hugs, CM
