need to get these posted...

took this this evening...
while everyone's peonies are fading and gone, ours are just opening...

little bees in little flowers...

lilies will be opening soon...

it was a crazy day yesterday and a lazy one today...

a friend stopped by before I got my shower and we spent quite a bit of time on the deck catching up...
the green beans are looking good in spite of several really cold nights...

this is the garden...

its a great place to hang out...

Craig pulling maple trees!

I will plant more flowers in here next year...

the roses are blooming non stop now...

started painting on this and ran out of paint...
Craig brought two more cans home tonight, so will hit it again in the morning...

and look at the corn!

it looks really good after the little bit of rain we got...

and this pink flamingo is moon lighting as an ostrich...

what do you do when life gives you pink flamingos?
paint them and turn them into black swans....
and that's the way it went around here?
how's your week stacking up?

Hi Tete! Your little piece of paradise is gorgeous! My peonies are just starting to bloom too. I just bought a cute little trellis to balance them on. My little tea roses, which I bought at Dominick's years ago and I think they were supposed to be for inside are just starting to bloom. Praying that my zephirine drouhin climbing rose doesn't get black spots. I struggle with the black spots year after year. I even spray it to prevent it from happening. Keeping my fingers crossed! What are your weekend plans Tete?

So nice seeing the pretty flowers and yards. All the rain and storms did number on mine.

Your place looks so great!!!!

Our peonies are not open yet! buds are ready, but being held back by the coooooool weather. It is silly cool here. Heat on and I'm in my flannel nightgowns again.

Your photos are beautiful!!!!!!!!!

HI sweet friend, Love your Peonies; ours are just starting to bloom too. Last year we didn't get many blooms, but this year they are exploding. Ours are mainly white with a soft pink, but I'd love some deep pink or red. Your garden is so nice!
Have a great evening.
