super humid out there yesterday morning...
but we worked on one of the front beds...
the lilies are not well, so trimmed back the outer layer allowing air flow to the center of them...
the sedum are blushing all over town, but not mine- yet...

watered yesterday, too...
looked like rain for much of the day but didn't get but a few drops...

the new batch of green beans have broke ground...

just waiting on that first red one...

rose of sharon is still going...

grandma's old tub has been very useful through the years...

the hydrangea and ferns looks bad...
just too much rain even for them...

we ran over to the pool for an ice cream cone and drove by the golf course...

there's a pond on #3 that I just love...

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in the forecast, look downright miserable...
so will spend my days inside with this new baby...
he is doing very good...

have a good day and stay our of trouble...
;0)

Seems like a lot of us, have a hot/humid week ahead. Oh well, it's summer!

Like the change here, of blog look. It makes it interesting, to have white on black, for a while.

As you know, I'm not adventureous with my blog look, anymore. I've settled into the very plain, very white background, and very simple black print. The most I 'break out' is some colored print, now and then. -grin-

But who knows? Someday I might go alllll willllllldddddd with blog look again. ,-)

Stay cool!

Hi Tete, your flowers and veggies look beautiful. Even your hydrangeas even when you say their not so good, look nice. Mine don't have any blooms yet. I'm thinking too much rain here this season. The green is huge but no flowers. Great photos as always. Enjoy the last of July and stay cool.
Love your new look and background.

Love your new blog look! So pretty! Your plants still look good! It's that time of the year where I slowlllllyyyy start pitching the plants that are in containers and pots that aren't looking too hot. Zinnia's for me are the worst. I have a pretty flowers, but hideous brown leaves. I try every year, but zinnia's just don't work out for me. I was happy to see that 2 Monarch's hanging around the milkweed. That always makes me smile! Have a wonderful week Tete!
