so thankful...

for the time we had together these last four days...

thankful that we got so much done...
the guys really worked hard...
and I am most thankful that I could keep up with them...
that my energy and stamina are coming back...
its been a long battle...

I am so thankful for discarded junk that someone else was tired of and no longer saw the worth...

there are still things to do...
which we can putter out throughout the rest of the summer...

the big guy (DH) heads back to work today...
Craig still has one more day and Doug is still here until Thursday...

we have so neglected the inside...
I did get our laundry done yesterday and DH got in for his eye exam...
it was late in the afternoon, so the glasses weren't ready in time...
so we may go back Thursday evening and he will take me out to supper...
;o)

I went off he metformin on Sunday...
I didn't want to be sick the entire weekend...
and it was making me so sick...
the funny thing is...
(I keep a log)
my blood sugar is better off of the Januvia and Metformin...
;o)
weird...

the weather was so good, too...
nice a cool with daily breezes...
we about to heat things back up again and the humidity is climbing...
so grateful for perfect days...
while we knocked off one project after another...
;o)
God is good...

have a great day...

Tete, I always love seeing your gardens. The cute things you stick in them. Hope your fellows are all well and feeling strong. You know for a long time a I was on Celebrex for arthritis. Then My dr, took me off it and I started feeling much better...I think it made my arthritis worse. Go figure girl. I can tell you when I see ads for meds on the TV, I think to myself, dang the cure is as bad as the disease. Take care. We are going to be steaming my dear. Bless you, xoxo, Susie

Others junk looks nice in your yard. I am sorry you have to take medicine, but it does happen. I have been blessed so far with only two medications. I feel too much med can cause more harm than good. Hang in.
