it has returned...
but that's ok...
DH and I ran to the doctor this afternoon...
and brought supper home from Wendy's...
test results were good...
a couple things were a little high, but will work on them...
and test again in 3 months...
he was impressed with my blood sugar numbers...
that I had dropped them on my own without medication...
so all went well...
and the more normal winter weather is back...
not looking forward to going out in it...
but I hide inside most of the time anyway...

Tete, your photos are beautiful! I love the water photos, and one of my favorites is the road with the tree canopy. I'm glad to hear your numbers are good, especially doing it on your own. Stay warm!
Hi, your doctor appointment sounds like mine- mood tests every three months for high numbers that have been high for 12+years. So glad about your blood sugar- innamon is very good for it; I always like using natural remedies when I can.
