Tuesday prayers...

good morning from the prairie...

I have a prayer request this morning for a young lady of 44...

her name is Michelle and yesterday they found spots in her throat on the petscan...

she fought cancer 2 years ago...

but now its back...

she can not have anymore radiation in the throat...

she is my niece's friend...

and she's scared...

they're both scared...

Michelle needs angels of healing and they both could use angels of peace...

knowledge to her doctors and the staff that will be taking care of her...

and Michelle's parents could use some uplifting, too...

Michelle has CP and lives with them...

so any prayer you can say would help them on their journey and this next adventure...

have good days...

Harvest took the weekend off...

and so did DH...

so we went shopping and ate out on Saturday....

and mowed and did laundry on Sunday...

and we took a drive...

we have a blue heron in the area, have no idea why...

we are about as landlocked as you can get...

been here to several years now...

the rains kept the farmers out of the field...

and the old man got to take some days off...

kind of weird having the elevators closed on a weekend in the middle of harvest...

even got to GW Boutique(Goodwill)!

but that's another post...

today is Craig's birthday...

said something about French toast for supper...

will see what he wants when he gets home...

have a fun week!

cloudy skies and sunshine...

that's the way its been around here...

little rain, but a nice, cooler breeze...

Craig made it through the day yesterday but was feeling miserable again by the time he got home...

grand daddy long leg on the rose...

looking forward to the weekend...

not sure what it will hold...

but resting up and getting better is first on the list...

a pot of vegetable soup might have to find its way on the list, too...

I'm in love...

with these mums...

especially the butter yellow that fades into a soft pink...

aren't they pretty?

not the typical fall colors bouquet...

but my new favorite!

and the white ones...

I would have never picked them out...

so glad I send Craig on errands...

he sees what I miss...

Craig has called in the last 2 days...

he had a stomach bug on top of our head and chest cold thing we have going on here...

he seems much better tonight...

we are living on cold and allergy over the counter meds...

and marching on...

hope your fall days are sweet...

and full of fancy...

its 49 this morning!

and there be goosebumps going on here!

and its wonderful!

going to grab a hot shower and find me a sweatshirt!

harvest going full swing here...

corn, pickers, semis, trains...

long hours, sore muscles, and they wouldn't have it any other way!

have a safe harvest...

and a beautiful fall!
