getting everything watered before the heat comes...

it's going to be a dandy week...

in the 90s the whole time...

the crazy mums think it's fall or something...

already starting to open...

My Georgie...he loves to drink out of the birdbath!...

we have 3 different places outside for animals to drink from...

and each cat has their favorite place to lap...

tomatoes!...

picked 3 this morning...

but only one was good enough to bring inside...

bugs...

the summer days are flying fast...

Rebecca and I are loading up the booth with Halloween and fall stuff this week...

and then the first of October, we're taking in the Christmas stuff...

morning glories in all their splendor...

most of the time the farmer has these sprayed...

but this year with all the rain he couldn't keep up...

caught the water spray in mid flight...

and wouldn't you know it...

we're all the way in the back...

and a delivery boy shows up...

this is ERIC the farmer...

he's Rebecca's husband...

with another delivery from her...

I bought these from her sister several months ago...

they need some cleaning...

and elbow grease with the chrome cleaner...

they are going on the new deck...

I can't wait!...

then on the way in...

I almost stepped on the new guy...

he is so small...

only about an inch...

so I took his picture and shooed him out of harms way...

when we build the deck, we will have to be very careful...

this is the second tree frog to make it up on the deck...

there has to be more under there...

well, that's it for now...
