weedin' time...

the grass needs mowed again...
but it's going to wait until Friday...
first weed pulled of the season...
so I sat down and began...
columbine transplanted last year...
this is the third season for these...
transplanted from a neighbors yard...
and they are beautiful...
peonies are something we had on the farm in spades...
how I have missed them...
day lilies...
they are getting so big...
sunshine all day today with a high of 66...
Craig started a weed fight...
I had pulled more weeds...
he lost...
this is him admitting defeat...
my spot done...
yeah, they are every where...
evidence that I actually did something today...
the vertigo comes and goes...
but it's much better than when it started...
it's just something that I have to deal with from time to time...
have a good night...

Glad you got some nice weather, we are in the low 50's and 40's cold. I did some weeding and cutting back dry roots. Dandoleins? YUCK! We get ours in May/june.. I hope my phlox and Azalea come back well. I am sure the azalea will. Some of our daffolils, tulips and other flowers will come up. I got smnapdraggons from a neighbor and hopefully they'll bloom. The greens are there. Have a great weekend ahead.
Take care.
Nancy

Well, you sure pulled a lot of weeds you dizzy broad! I am glad to see that you are OUT and enjoying the sun and warmth. Craig is so funny sitting there! lol I hope you gave him an "atta boy" anyway...even if he was a tad slow on the pulling!

Have a good night-I am off to bed now and have to be up by 4am. xxoo Diana

You got a lot done. I did some weed pulling this afternoon and divided daylilies. I just love to play in the dirt.

All winter we were longing for spring and spring brings flowers and weeds. I know you enjoyed being outside no matter what you were doing.
