it's the most wonderful time of the year!

are you ready to get this party started?
I think I am getting into it...
so much to do...
so many lists to check off...
so, just how many of  you were camped out for black Friday eve?
not me, chickies!
I am still raiding the fridge and blogging here safe at home...
away from all those CRAZY, driven, women with an attitude, die hard shoppers...
I did that one year...
about got trampled...
cured me for life...

I can wait until the half off after Christmas sales...
my bestie had to be at work last night...
so they could open first for BF...
I know she is going to be so exhausted...
and all the cranky customers...
it doesn't have to be like that...

we all need to have a little more patience this season...
because everyone has bad days...

I have photos from yesterday to post...
which I will do later...
today, the guys want to plant my bulbs and hang lights...
not sure if the trees will go up today or not...
I am thinking not...
got some moving around to do and I think the guys underestimate the amount of work that is left outside...
it depends on how much they argue on how fast they can move...
they also stuffed themselves so much yesterday...
lead pants don't move so fast...
I will report back later...

Morning My Dear Tete~ Love your Christmas images and your background here this morning.

We had a full house for the last two days but this morning we are down to Mimi, me and the two little guys. I don't know WHAT I will get done today but I would like to get some outside stuff done while the weather is still nice enough to do so. I don't have any help so we will see...between a 2 year old, a newborn and a daughter with surgery I think I will be inside pretty much...plus MyHero forgot to get the containers down from overhead in the garage!

Well, off and running for me. Glad you all had a wonderful time yesterday. I'm also glad you have the guys around to help you today.

Black Friday? You couldn't PAY me to go shopping today! xo Diana

Black Friday, the time to stay away from the stores until all the crazies have picked over everything, and gone home to gloat. We've actually gone about noon, just for something, and found the local stores were empty of customers, except for people like us, who weren't BF shoppers.

Love ya Tete! :-) Have a good one. glad your Thanksgiving was happy.

Started some decorating yesterday. Got the mantel done. A little each day! Also need to get out and get MY bulbs in the ground! Thanks for reminding me!!

I'm with you, Tete! No Black Friday shopping for me either. I wised up years ago and refuse to take any part in it now. I do all of my Christmas shopping in early November --- so mine is all done! lol! I did work outside for a while today, though. It was absolutely beautiful! Hope you had a blessed Thanksgiving, sweetie!
