its been awhile, did you miss me?

did you noticed that I haven't been blogging...
well, I just lost track of time...
been doing stuff or been sick...
these photos of a drive DH and I took today just after lunch...
I just wanted to ride around in the sunshine...
last night, we left home about 4pm...
and headed for Paris...
grabbed 2 whoppers and a milk shake at Burger King...
and a meatball sub at Subway for Craig...
we headed for Twin Lakes Park...
where they have it all lit up for Christmas...
we drove through about a third of it and pulled off and parked facing the water...
and we sat there in the dark and ate our supper...
with the lights reflecting off of the lake...
and it was a big old full moon...
when we were done, we finished the park...
stopped at Kroger for a couple things...
and then headed home...
we saw some lights down a few streets and did a u-turn and drove around several blocks and then headed home again...
we were home by 7...
we had a good time and listened to Christmas songs all the way there and all the way home...
at the end of the drive today, DH ran into the grocery store...
while I waited in the sun...
this is the side of the store...
boring little town we have...
but we love it like that...

only have 2 more doses of the antibiotics and I am done!
20 days of this...
and I am so ready to get off of them...

I would like to wish my blogging sister, Nana Diana a very happy birthday tomorrow...
have no idea how old she is going to be...
but its old...
LOL
so if you know her, stop by and harass her for her birthday!
she would love it!
Love you, Diana!
you're the best!

Yes, I have missed you, Tete! Glad to hear that you are starting to feel better! I thought your absence meant that you were just too busy glittering everything in sight to blog:)!! And a little birdie already told me that it was Diana's BIG day tomorrow! I bet I can figure out how old she is, but I'll never tell, as I know she would come and beat me up!!!

Yes I noticed. I was getting worried that you had gotten more sick... Glad to see that you are on the mend though and that you got a chance to take a ride. Looks like you had a nice day! Have a great week!

Beautiful pics Tete.... I love the sunshine & the shadows, How Cold was it? As long as the sun is shinning, it can be as cold as it wants to be, as far as I'm concerned.... I was inside all weekend, sitting in my chair & working on Dolls. I sure hope & of course Pray that you start feeling all better ~ How is all your Holiday prep going, I finally took my little tree out of storage yesterday, it is still on the floor, but at least it is out. well I was happy to be able to get on the computer today, I thought it was going to be Tuesday, but daughter showed up today, not sure if she or I got the day wrong~ Off to snuggle with the Grands....

Well, You BRAT! Jettie and I were talking about you behind your back. We were a bit worried about you but didn't want to pester you for details. I'm so glad you are almost through with your antibiotics. They take a toll all their own.

I hope you are feeling better now and thank you SOOO much for sending people over to harassing me! You know what they say about PAY BACK, don't you? xo Diana
