the wicked witch of the west...

she's madder than a wet hen...
a shed landed on her sister...

a fly by...
I made her broom...

and a couple of extras...
for the witch parking area...
just in case friends stop by...

we just gathered some corn leaves out of the field behind us...
and I laid them out and bundled them up with a zip tie...
cuter than anything you can buy and free...
except for the zip tie...

witch shoes and stockings...
stuffed with fallen leaves...

there is still some blooming going on...
and I am letting it all go to seed now...
no more dead heading...

this is my favorite color of coleus...

sedum in full bloom and the butterflies and bees will be all over it...

its hoodie weather in the mornings and evenings now...
the days are warm enough...
the sun has been bright...

and an after dark shot of the front...
we found a box of lights here and put them up yesterday...

cost to decorate this year so far...
zero...
using what we already had and free stuff in the yard and field...
that leaves more bucks for the candy!
bwahahahaha!
;0)

have a sweet day!
;0)

Tete, I love those brooms...so clever. The witch legs too funny. I love your Charlie in his hoodie. Do he fuss when you are dressing him? Blessings, xoxo,Susie

Love your witch parking lot! And your creativity! No more flowers here, the spiders have killed everything this year.
